Brooksi Bottari

Co-Founder

Brooksi Bottari, a licensed mental health counselor and certified trauma professional, brings over a decade of expertise within the veteran community. As a US Army veteran, she specializes in military sexual trauma, crafting impactful programs for prominent VSOs and inpatient hospitals.

Certified as a Rapid Resolution Therapy practitioner, compassion fatigue train-the-trainer, and sound healing therapist, Brooksi is a sought-after speaker at national conferences. She imparts her knowledge to hospital staff and first responders, focusing on compassion fatigue and team resilience in trauma-exposed workplaces.

With a Master's degree from Seton Hall University, Brooksi has dedicated herself to working with homeless veterans, combat PTS(d) sufferers, and assumes leadership roles in non-profit sectors. Her contributions extend to national and regional publications, and she provides consultation and supervision to individuals and organizations, emphasizing best practices for working with female veterans. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Brooksi proudly identifies as a queer woman, actively advocating for LGBTQ diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Arely Cedillo

Co-Founder

Arely Cedillo boasts a rich 15-year tenure within corporate environments, adeptly navigating diverse roles in project management, spearheading the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and orchestrating corporate departmental restructures. Renowned for her strategic and distinctive approach to team building and development, she has been sought after by numerous national agencies.

Her professional journey encompasses roles in both consulting and client-facing positions, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic between management and direct support personnel.

Arely's keen insight into this dynamic has proven instrumental in bridging gaps and fostering harmonious work environments. Beyond her corporate prowess, Arely is a skilled hypnotherapist, leveraging her expertise to empower individuals and teams in managing and overcoming self-limiting beliefs that contribute to anxiety and burnout. Her unique ability to blend corporate acumen with holistic well-being approaches sets her apart in the professional landscape.

As a first-generation immigrant, Arely brings a deeply personal perspective to her work, having confronted the challenges inherent in pursuing the elusive "American Dream." Over the decades, she has adeptly navigated the invisible hurdles that often lead to burnout and disillusionment, offering a wealth of experience and resilience to inspire others on their journey.
